About The Presenters:
Derek Harms - A Los Angeles native, long-time San Diegan, and having graduated from Sonoma State University while playing on the World Series baseball team. An active investor, award winning Realtor, and Business Development Director for the NSDREI, Derek is connected to many different facets of real estate. Over his career he’s been involved in Auctions, Short Sales, REO’s, Owner Financing, Mobile Home Parks, Lending, Development, and Apartment Buildings. He is currently President of Trinity Investment Services, LLC and a Managing Partner of Sonoca Corporation — cumulatively focusing on single family home renovations and sales.
Tod Snodgrass - Tod has founded a total of five successful business startups, starting in his mid-20s. As a private real estate investor, he has been involved with scores of different deals including fixing, rehabbing and flipping, as well as lending and funding, and has owned residential and commercial properties. His latest endeavor a is real-estate-related financial services company, EMD Funding based in La Jolla, CA. A published author, he also has been editor of two nationally syndicated business newsletters and contributing editor to several national business.
Peter Jordan - From Hollywood, CA. Early career in advertising/fashion photography and writer/producer/director of education films for universities and corporations. Later, CEO of educational publisher CRM Learning in Carlsbad for 25 years. In 1992 he moved from Studio City to San Diego. At the end of 2016 he sold his business and started attending SDCIA and NSDREI meetings. His first flip was purchased in early 2017 – partnering with a friend who was experienced in flipping. They expect to close in early January 2018.
