Ward Hanigan is a full-time foreclosure investment specialist and notable "one-on-one" foreclosure trainer and mentor to some of the most successful foreclosure practitioners in the Western United States.

Ward has close to 40 years of real estate experience, with a degree in Economics and a Doctorate in Law.

He has worked full-time in San Diego’s foreclosure market since 1982, and as a consequence, has extensive experience raising cash, researching the title of property, handling evictions, rehabbing, reselling, and working as a foreclosure consultant.
