  Members have access to thousands of dollars worth of specialized material for the real estate investor. New courses, books, tapes, CDs, videos etc. are constantly added. A check will be required for a deposit. You have one month to review the materials and then will be due at the next month’s meeting.

• Listen to Past Meetings
  Members are granted access to the members-only section of SDCIA’s website at www.sdcia.com. It includes Have’s and Want’s audio, Have’s and Want’s slides, speaker’s audio, and if applicable, the speaker’s presentation slides if available. You will need to notify us what is your username. SDCIA Meeting Benefits

• Round-Robin (Haves and Wants)
  At each meeting all members are invited to stand-up and make a brief statement about your current real-estate project. The round-robin is a way to solve problems, to find out where you may need help in your real estate investment ventures let others know what you have for sale or wish to buy and it becomes a way to get acquainted. One must sign up in advance at the meeting. The first 15 to sign up get the opportunity to speak and your product/topic must be approved.

• First Hand Information from People Buying, Selling and Managing / Networking Opportunity
  Meet with "hands on" investors who are engaged in the real estate investment business on a daily basis.  Our members bring to the organization, a variety of backgrounds and professions, including real estate brokers, contractors, retired persons, financing specialists, accountants and attorneys.  One common bond among our members is a desire to grow in knowledge and experience and a willingness to share with others.  We are people who have real estate investments and have probably had similar challenges, doubts, successes and goals.  Most have "been there", and will share their experiences.
