Peter Fortunato has been called "The Trainer’s Trainer", "The Guru’s Guru", "The Millionaire Maker", "Master Exchangor" and The Most Creative Mind in Real Estate. He is my friend, one of my original mentors and one of the nicest persons you will ever met.
We’re so lucky that Pete's returning to the SDCIA to be our guest. He is such a wealth of knowledge that if he is speaking anywhere within driving distance, I’ll be at every one of them. Each meeting will be unique, entertaining and valuable. You’ll want to be at our meeting.
Peter likes to say “use what you want , to get what you need, to get what you want”. What do you want? Peter will show you how to get it, and without using cash or credit. Please bring your questions as unlike most speakers, Peter encourages you to ask them right from your seat all throughout the evening.
We not sure what Pete will talk about. In the past he’s covered such topics as:
- Foreclosures and REO’s
- Maximizing income
- Non-institutional financing
- Getting started
- Leases and options
- Contracts
- The art of the deal and transactioneering techniques
- Minimizing taxes
- And probably ANY and EVERY other real estate topic!
Friends, you need to realize that what worked in the past no longer applies. And yet while some investors are dying, others are thriving. What’s the difference? Only those who know how to structure deals without relying on institutional financing and/or their own cash will continue to prosper. Come hear Peter talk about how to create profits by buying, selling, renting, optioning and trading real estate.
About Peter Fortunato - Peter is a libertarian and a capitalist. He believes That transactions which you can be proud of result from carefully conceived goals and plans followed by purposeful actions and scrupulous documentation.
Upon graduating from high school in 1965, Peter went right into the real estate business. His motivation was his desire to be selfemployed.
Pete says “Almost everyone who knew me believed that I was unemployable. They were right. I still am!”
Peter was excited about being free to build his business and his future. He attended seminars and read at every opportunity. He sought out and learned from many mentors. He benefited from the example and counsel of his father who encouraged him and supported him from the beginning.
Pete finished college with a clientele and an investment portfolio. By 1975 his investment income had eliminated his need for fees from clients to fund his lifestyle.
Peter continues to teach and to attend real estate and investment seminars and meetings regularly. He is respected for his clear and patient explanations of investment concepts and transactions.
He has been building, structuring, manipulating and managing investment transactions and portfolios for more than 40 years.
