About the Speaker

Shawn Watkins - As an Orange County Deputy Sheriff for nine years until 1997, Shawn learned the value of education, training and integrity.  With over 14 years of real estate experience, Shawn is currently focused on buy-and-hold properties acquired using creative financing techniques.  He buys real estate primarily using seller finance techniques (subject to, options, master leasing, etc) and buys without using large amounts of cash or obtaining traditional financing.

Shawn is the founder of  a Investors Workshops;  (started 2003) in Orange County and can be found lecturing frequently on the topics of foreclosures, trusts, title insurance, seller financing and property management.

Shawn is married to Angelina and has five children - Curtis, Maximus, Olivia, Shawn & Ryan.

Angel Bronsgeest - Angel is a full-time real estate investor currently focused on buy-and-hold properties with her business partners, Shawn Watkins and Sarah Buonora.   As a former paralegal of 26 years the skill set she acquired in that profession make her particularly effective in communications.

She specializes in controlling cash-flowing properties using only creative finance techniques with the goal to use very small amounts of money.

After 4 years, they control 207++ doors all purchased using alternative techniques. With a staff of six, they manage their own rental portfolio as well as managing properties for other investors.

Angel and her husband Ron currently live in Irvine, CA.
