Don't Let a Good Crisis Go to Waste!

Some have called him the Warren Buffet of house investing. Carlos Royal, author of “The Little Wow! Book on House Investing,” says buy good houses when they are cheap. Is now the time? Come find out. He started buying houses in 1966, buying one or two at a time. Then along came the 80’s and the Savings and Loans meltdown; he bought over a hundred houses form one failed S&L. Again in the 90’s when the real estate market crashed, he and his son picked up another 44 houses. When asked how many houses has he owned? He says, “Not sure exactly, I didn’t keep count early in my career but my best guess is I have flipped over 600 houses.” One might say he has a little experience in buying and selling houses.

About 10 years ago he started moving out of houses and into apartments. He will be sharing his wit and wisdom about today’s real estate market. Is it time to buy or throw in the towel? To find out, come early. The last time Carlos Royal was our guest speaker there was standing room only.
