San Diego Creative Investors Association

Investing in probate properties are VERY PROFITABLE and one of the great mysteries of real estate investing.  This month's SDCIA meeting speaker, Rick Harmon, will answer all of our questions regarding this unique niche of the real estate market.

SDCIA president, Bill Tan, will interview Rick about his probate business and lead a question and answer forum.  Rick is the most knowledgeable person in California on how to purchase probate properties and lending to estates in probate.  He has closed over 1600 deals in his career!

Much of probate deals with legal and technical issues. We will have Rick answer questions of:

• Probate… what it? What it is not?
• Determining probate deals worth pursuing?
• Getting properties way below market—with seller financing!
• Evaluate any probate deal for maximum profit!
• How to find probate deals with almost no competition!

He is a nationally recognized authority on probate and trust real estate, an active investor and widely known for his many outside-the-box deal-making strategies. As an author and frequent Bar Association and legal group lecturer, Rick Harmon is widely credited with pioneering the use of mortgage financing of real property held in probate estates, trusts and conservatorships.
