SDCIA Purpose:

“The purpose of the SDCIA is to unite members in a common bond to further their education and to promote their success in real estate investment. The SDCIA encourages members to improve their knowledge through education and a sound understanding of current methods for creatively and successfully investing in real estate.”
 

SDCIA Goals:

1. To create the environment and the processes which encourage each member to help other members be successful in real estate investing.
2. To develop, through education, experience sharing, and discussion, an understanding of current real estate investment technique.
3. To encourage and uphold sound, honest practices that produce real estate investment activities on a professional and ethical plane.
