Donovan Adesoro is a Texas and California based real estate developer and Head of Development at BuildCasa,
where he focuses on scattered-site infill housing. Starting with zero real estate experience, he raised
capital through Facebook and Twitter and completed dozens of ground-up duplexes. He has since exited 37
projects as a general partner, with 16 additional projects actively under construction, taking each project from dirt to
disposition. Along the way he worked in construction lending at Fund That Flip (now Upright), deepening his
understanding of how lenders underwrite deals and using that knowledge to design repeatable real estate projects.
Donovan is now focused on scaling up missing middle development in California.
