practice but rapidly grew into a thriving mid-sized firm under her strategic leadership, with a
diverse client base across all states and walks of life. In 2019 Elizabeth acquired the esteemed
Day & Associates, Inc, a law firm rooted in Solana Beach, California since 1992. The nation's
leader in high-net-worth estate planning, legal asset protection, charitable planning, and
business succession planning, Tresp, Day & Associates, Inc boasts a worldwide clientele of
successful business owners and investors.
As the principal attorney, Elizabeth operates multiple offices both here in San Diego and
Wyoming. Beyond her legal practice, Elizabeth serves on the board of a non-profit equity theatre
and owns other businesses such as a small town coffee shop on the Wyoming frontier and a
farm in southeastern California. Elizabeth holds commercial and residential real estate
investments throughout the USA in direct, partnership, and syndicated investments. This
multifaceted perspective enriches her legal practice, allowing her to craft tailored solutions for
each client's unique needs.
Elizabeth's accomplishments have garnered acclaim, with six consecutive years as a
