Rundle is currently developing a 16,000 SF Hotel project in Downtown San Diego, and creating a Hotel Fund so that Accredited Investors can participate in these world class legacy assets, without needing to do the heavy lifting themselves, but rather by leveraging over a decade of hospitality experience with Rundle, his systems, and his teams.
