Mark Pantak moved to Texas from Michigan in 1980 and purchased his first property in 1983. After working 1st as a Security Guard at minimum wage of $3.25 per hour, (he was shy & introverted) he became a VP of a Financial Services company in Dallas & by 1988 he quit his day job to build his sales coaching business & invest his profits in real estate. Starting In the 80’s he studied with Jack Miller, John Schaub, Peter Fortunato & Jimmy Napier was his greatest influence creating notes. Mark has gone on to do well over 300 transactions as a principal, in Texas, and is now working on his 1st California deal he will discuss. He buys mobile homes, houses, notes & apartments and built up a rental portfolio of over 38 single-family homes & several multifamily & using creative financing strategies. Today Mark is Semi-Retired and spends most of his time traveling, investing part-time, and raising capital, (they are about to buy a 100 unit apartment complex in Texas doing a real estate syndication) he enjoys doing joint ventures & mentoring a few investors to work with him building cash flow and net worth through real estate investing and he will discuss how you can do the same.
